The Member Experience Survey followed our initial qualitative research that included multiple interviews with staff, other Campus and Community radio stations, and a volunteer focus group.
The survey delivery method was chosen to be online, with an option to fill out the survey in the radio station at multiple computer work stations. The survey was then pre-tested with volunteers to gain feedback, as well as sent to the staff for review.
In total we had 58 responses by cleaning the data of incompletes, IP duplication and other non-usable entries.
