In 2013, Ponder worked with the East End Food Co-operative to engage their shoppers and members. We conducted interviews, focus groups and an online survey. Through various marketing strategies we engaged with over 300 shoppers and members in our research.
The research helped establish important baseline metrics for the organization, as well as provide insight into key opportunities and challenges.
